After much debate and thought, we decided that our friends where going to like our gifts whether they want to or not! {See last week if you need a memory jog during this busy season ... and the fact it was awhile ago} This week we made Moose Munch which is pretty much the most delicious stuff known to man. A combination of caramel popcorn and chocolate? Yes, please!
Here is the recipe if you dare. I usually make Aunt Bobbi's caramel popcorn recipe first and then add the chocolate. Oh! And really don't use the recipe above because chocolate chips didn't work for me. We used melting chocolate and it worked so much better! The recipe link can be as a guide. We didn't hear about any cops being called or things being thrown away, so I'm guessing it was a bit more of a success!
