On Friday, we hem-hawed around in the morning on what we were going to actually do for our Advent Calendar. Don't get me wrong, we got a lot of things that really needed to get done ... done! We just weren't sure what to do for our Advent Calendar activity. Yes, this year is super laid back in regards to Advent activities.
We finally decided to make caramel popcorn. I love love love Aunt Bobbi's recipe for caramel popcorn. {Here is the recipe} Chris popped the popcorn for us but then had to leave for work so Elianna and I made the actual caramel part. And then we ate some while we watched MasterChef Junior (Elianna's new favorite show). We even managed to leave some for Chris to eat when he got home from work but it was a challenge for me to not finish it off (especially after Elianna had gone to bed).
