Update

To those of you who thought I would never post again: here you go. Last Friday (January 25th) we had a graveside service for Victoria. My mom, dad, brother and sister all came into town. The service went very well with Pastor Martens doing the service. Also at the service was the other pastors and 2 pastor's wives. We are so thankful for the strong support we have had! For some reason we did not take alot of pictures of the family, but there was a couple taken mostly of the guys being crazy! Here are some pictures of Victoria's casket and graveside and then - the crazy people!

Well, this weekend is the big weekend. Nope, not talking about the Super Bowl although that is this weekend - GO NOBODY! Don't care for the Patriots and don't care for the Giants. Anyway . . . we are off to our Snow Retreat this weekend. This year we are going to Camp Spofford in NH. We are praying for alot of snow. After we get back I will post some highlight pictures from the weekend and let you all know how it went. Please pray for us as we travel and also for the teens to make many lasting decisions.

Victoria Update

We had the first of our weekly visits with the doctor this morning. Victoria's heartbeat registered at below normal showing the first signs of heart failure. We will go again next Friday to check where her heartbeat is - the doctor doesn't seem hopeful. Please pray for us as we wait for the visit next week that we will continue to trust God. Pray also that Victoria will feel the comfort of her Savior's arms. We are so thankful to each of you that are praying for us. We will update you next week.

We have a New Year's Eve party with the teens every year and it has taken me a while to catch up on my sleep which in turn lessens the amount of time in my day to get what needs to get done - done. It was Christmas candy corn. Every year at Harvest Time, he buys candy corn but for some reason didn't do it this year. So he got Christmas candy corn in his stocking!
