In addition to going to Golden, the same day we also decorated Elianna's tree. She begged and begged to have a tree in her room this year. She originally wanted a real tree but settled for our fake prelit tree to go in her room. We didn't tell her she was getting the tree, we just put it up in her room and plugged it in. About 3 or 4 am she woke up and was sitting there just smiling at her tree. Chris was getting ready for work and said she was super excited to have a tree in her room!
She put all of the decorations that we have given her plus the decorations my mom used to make me when I was younger. It was pretty cool to see my ornaments on her tree.
Safe to say I think she likes it!
