Thankful Turkey

This year for the days in November leading up to Thanksgiving, we began a new tradition.  We called it our Thankful Turkey.  Each day we would add a feather to the turkey and read either a Scripture, poem, prayer or sing a song.  We struggled a bit doing it each and every day since alot of nights Chris worked but, in the end, we finished strong!  I love little ways to teach Elianna not only about the different holidays we celebrate but also that they point to Christ.
