What's normal?

Just when I think things are getting back to "normal", something pops up.  Apparently I have reached the maximum amount of picture storage on this here blog.  A friend also had this problem but I had hoped it would bypass me.  Wishful thinking, huh?  Anyway, I have to decide what I'm going to do.  I'm hoping to make a decision in the next couple of days.  Will keep you updated.
