We made quick stops by two different plantations while in SC one of which was a tea plantation. To be specific, it was "America's only tea garden" plantation. We learned how they harvest and produce tea. This was very interesting to us. I was not aware that there is one tea plant that black tea, green tea and oolong tea come from. The difference between the different teas is how they are processed and the time of oxidation. You'll have to Google the differences because I don't remember. I know I could Google it but what fun would that be for you?
The second plantation which Elianna our future veterinarian naturally enjoyed.
